I googled a specific Halloween bucket I wanted to purchase for this Halloween, and I found it on a rubies-costumes site. I have ordered from a Rubies Costumes before (they apparently filed bankruptcy last year) but did not notice the hyphen in this "company's" website name. I received a confirmation email and a shipping email from [email protected] stating my order had been received and shipped, and that my bank account would show "Johanna Diaz" as the name of the seller instead of the website/company I purchased from. Also, the emails did not say specifically what I ordered, just gave an item number. I emailed their support email with these 2 concerns. I have cancelled my card. I then googled the customer service number (925) 856-9994 listed on the email and it brought me to this site, which recognizes it as a 3rd party customer service number for various scam companies.
