ru-quety.com ripped me off

I ordered candles from an ad this bunch scammed money from me and never sent me anything. They refuse to send me my order, have offfered me 20% refund, which is not acceptable. Please help me.

I bought an iPhone and laptop for an impossible price of 59$. which I have
never received and [email protected] sent me a message that the delivery was done and the mistake came from me and therefore they can’t pay back.
