On 6/25/21 I purchased a cooler package for $98 from rtic-outlet.com. I received no invoice or receipt or any communication from this online company. I purchased through PayPal using a debit card. $98 was debited on 6/28. I never received the coolers. PayPal got contact info from the seller. I emailed them, no response. PayPal got a usps tracking number from the seller. When I looked it up, it said a package was delivered. Went to my post office, no record of any package received or delivered by them. PayPal denied my refund request. Scam detector websites say rtic-outlet.com is a scam.

This site only allows payment by PayPal. Upon billing, a personal account will appear in PayPal as the merchant. The "merchant" can create a fake invoice and USPS tracking number And provide it to PayPal.

I am looking for a good cooler for kayaking. I stumbled upon this website. It looks legitimate. What I did not see is there is not actual address or phone number available. (of course this is not something someone initially looks for) I found a cooler and purchased it. Immediately I knew there was an issue because I received a PayPay receipt for a David ******. I immediately emailed the company to let them know I wanted to cancel my order. I haven't heard back from anyone after four emails. There is no contact number and the email given for returns is undeliverable. I called my bank and tried to stop the transaction and it was too late because this company authorized my purchase. (I will now have to wait and see if I get anything or not. Then I can dispute it) I have not received the product yet. I can send a picture when I get it.
