My experience is the same but the have changed the pay amount, the person I'm talking to us Kimberly Grenier, and the equipment is different also.

I first thought this was a scam because of the pay they were offering, $26 an hour. That is too good to be true, but I decided to continue just to see where it would take me. I did some research and I found a website that was very shady. It had grammatical issues, it wasn't formatted correctly, and was very vague. It seems like they just threw the website together. I got an email the next day after applying and the email looks like one of the pictures already posted here. I wasn't able to make the interview right that second, because they asked for a interview immediately, but I got an interview set up for the next morning on Google Hangouts. The interviewer's name was Rosemary Goss. Strangely enough, instead of doing a phone call or video call, they just texted the whole time. I could have stopped the interview, but because this was very entertaining and the first time this has ever happened to me, I continued. For a company looking for people to insert data accurately, the interviewer's texting was full of grammatical issues, no capitalization, no punctuation, etc. They asked a few questions and I answered pretty vaguely because they should have looked at my resume and within 30 minutes they said I was hired! No background check, no drug test, and that's when I definitely knew it was a scam. 'Rosemary" asked if I had specific printers computers and hard drives and I told them no, but I have something similar. Then I asked a question that they should have known after reading my resume, but it was completely opposite of what my skills are, and I have not been able to reach them since. This is definitely a scam, do not apply! Indeed.com needs to better protect interviewes from fake job postings. Still, the more time they spent with me, the less time they had to waste someone else's time.

Wish found this platform first. I went thorough the same experience. The first clue was the equipment that they wanted you to use. The PC laptop is very outdated. I wanted to see how much further things would go. So I completed the interview process and did not provide my personal address. Something just seemed odd. Unsure what is to happen but I had the exact experience. Email and instant message interview. Reported them on indeed as well

Same as the two previous posts, got an email asking me to interview via google hangouts. I forwarded the email to the ftc and also to the equivalent entity in Arizona, since that's the state of the address they have on their website (which is also fake). I also reported them on Indeed.com since that is where I applied. They really need to do a better vetting process. Folks shouldn't just be allowed to post fake job postings.

Absolute scam. I received an email with an eager offer of employment, requesting I set up an interview right away. It all seemed fishy but I was curious. They wanted to interview via chat on Google teams. Odd. They knew nothing about my work history. I said shouldn't you have my resume? I asked them to tell me where I currently work. They did not have any of this information. When I called them out on this they asked for my bank account info so they can see if I qualify for direct deposit. LOL. Know nothing about me as someone you want to hire but need my bank info. Suuure ok. Also searched the name of the person interviewing me (who had a GMAIL account..not even a company email) and could not find a trace of them online. I was very bored this morning so this was entertaining for me but please be warned this is a scam and they are trying to get your personal info.

This company was very eager to hire me within hours of applying to a job on indeed.com. They sent me an offer before interviewing me. When the interview was scheduled, they stated I had to pay for my own equipment to work there and that they would send me a check. When I didn't provide was address, they asked for my bank information.
