Ordered and paid for shelves in mid June. Started emailing them after a month. They claim we did Ordered 2 months ago and have been emailing them for a month. They keep saying they’ll be responsible but give them time to investigate. Will not answer direct questions such as how much time. Responses seem automated with no intention of resolving.
