I ordered 1 human size dog bed. It was buy one get one free. Tracking number says it's been delivered, but I never received anything. When I put the tracking number into USPS it says a lable has been created but they have not received the package yet. I email the email address provided access get no response. Getting really aggravated and about to report them to the attorney general.

I clicked on an ad on Facebook for a product. The product was on sale at a really good price and had tag that it was coming from an Amazon vendor as well as HSN logo replicating the home shopping Network logo. It had little stamp saying trusted with security for credit card numbers etc. Looked very legit. They used a bogus tracking site (track718.us) What I ordered was a dog bed for humans, but what I received was a very tiny package with a very cheap looking keychain piece in it that was not the product whatsoever and probably cost maybe $0.05 on a good day. (it came from China)

The first website was HSN at the time she placed order for 2 dog beds, 2nd website was Sketchers for pair of shoes. They both have same email address to contact and when you do they send tracking but never receive your package and they will not respond back to you nor give you a refund. Were you able to find a phone number for them by any chance? I am having the exact same issue as you are, and my bank says they can't dispute the charges I have to contact the merchant and have them give me a refund. And so far I can't figure out how to get in touch with an actual person there. Let me know, thanks!

I ordered four chairs called human dog beds through Facebook, they called themselves HSN..

got two pair of sunglasses I didn’t order. Called HSN CS.. they said it wasn’t them it was a scammer posing as them, and it was fraud.

The website popped up on Facebook offering human size Dogbed buy one get one free. Delivery was supposed to be 2-4 days after 4 days I received nothing. I emailed the contact email and no response
