This fraudulant company called my parents and had me call back with a claim number stating I was being taken to court on a civil suit for attempting to defraud an online loan company. They claimed to represent a company I borrowed money from back in 2015 and made some payments but never finished paying and claim that I took the loan with intent to not repay. Told me they could stop the suit from progressing in court if I paid $1,343.29 within the hour. That should have been enough of a red flag for me but still was afraid I had messed something up back in 2015 and just couldn't recall.

Hope this helps someone else. This happened to me about 8 years ago when I lived in the State of Florida as well, but I believed it then and lost over $700.00.
