I've gotten calls from numerous different phone numbers with the same area code asking about a house that I've never owned. This time, the person identified himself as "Cordelle" with a supposed company called "RP Solutions." He said he was looking to buy a house at 717 Sunny Crest Dr. I've received dozens of texts and calls all originating in North Carolina about this same address, that I've never owned. (There is nothing to find out about the phone number calling me most, 910-242-9300, or the supposed business name. This is a scam of some sort).
