Writes artificial reasons down for why they tow cars. Provides no evidence to back up claims of why cars were towed, just what they write down on paper. They claimed a car was towed for being parked in same spot for 96 hours but only provide documentation for 72 hours, and then told me in person "well the rule must be 72 hours then" without even attempting to look into what the rule for our condo complex is. Looks like a kickback scam where they pay security companies for each tow they perform, and the security company has incentive to tow anybody they can without due diligence or process.
