Supposed breeder contacted me via email after I showed interest in a puppy. He portrayed himself initially as a woman. He asked me to pay a deposit to hold a puppy and it must be sent western union or moneygram to a woman's name. I asked for him to call me to talk on the phone for further questions. He never answered the phone associated with the website or on his emails. He finally said he'd call me. After about 30 mins "he" called and I could immediately tell it was an out of country call and he was definitely not from Virginia Beach or a woman. He spoke very broken English. I confronted him that I thought he was running a scam and he just laughed.
