On 12/9/15 I found a German Shepherd puppy on a breeder website and talked with the breeder business Royal Shepherds via email regarding the puppy. I was emailed adoption agreements, health guarantee, and instructions on how to pay via Western Union. I paid and the money was picked up on 12/10/15 at which time seller emailed me back that the puppy would ship 12/11/15. I got an email on 12/11/15 around 1 pm that puppy was getting pre-ship vet visit and that flight details would be emailed back to me shortly. By 7:30 pm I emailed twice to check status because it seemed to be taking too long to hear back from them. I left two emails and two voice mails and as of 10:26 pm I still have not heard anything back. I have logged a complaint with the FBI Internet Crime Prevention Unit.
