We contacted them by email about a puppy they had for sale on their website. They sent info and photos, and asked questions about us to make sure we were good buyers. They asked for personal info then related to making up a contract and shipping-address, etc. We didn't give them any info, but asked if my niece, who lives near them, could see the puppy before we paid. Never heard from them again and can't pull up their website anymore.

spike with individuals multiple times, made contract and paid but was unable to get in contact with seller after that.
