Royal House Belgian Malinois Reports & Reviews (2)

My name is Paul and I almost lost a considerable amount of money for the third time in six months. I was searching for a Belgian Malinois. I came across a website called Royal House Belgian Malinois. I spoke to a gentleman who called himself Louis Jeremiah. His phone number is 707-335-0233. He provided me with a copy of his drivers license for some reason and a sales contract for a Belgian Malinois puppy. I did not give him any money. I have some experience with certain breeds of dogs. The Belgian Malinois and Dutch shepherd and any kind of shepherd is a very active Highly driven/motivated breed. There are many many of these dogs available at local shelters. People buy them and the realize that their dog through no fault of the dog is a nutjob! Since they don't know how to raise a Malinois they take them to a shelter. T Louis Jeremiah did not ask me any important questions that a real breeder would ask. Real Breeders of these dogs do not sell them to people who have no experience with them. They do not sell them as gifts for someone. It is easier to adopt a child in this country than it is to buy a Malinois. Just joking but you get my point. When I filled out the application for this dog I used a friends name as a reference but I put my phone number down to see if they would catch it or even call me. They did not. This is the third time I have been through this. For some reason the scammers always have a heavy accent. Usually an Indian accent. I do not want to insult anyone by using the word "Indian" so please do not be offended. I am only trying to help others avoid getting scammed. There are a lot of emotions involved when buying a Puppy and many other things. Do not let your emotions dictate your actions and your common sense and gut feeling. I have been searching for a dog for over six months. I have filled out several applications at animal shelters and I know what it takes to qualify as a foster or adopter of these animals. Real breeders do not sell these dogs cheap. I would expect to pay 1200 to 3500 bucks for a dog at a minimum. Expect your breeder to be willing to give you his/her breeders license number as well as their veterinary information. And one final thought. These animals are not your typical pet. They are working dogs and must have your attention 75% of the time. The last thing anyone wants is another misunderstood breed of dog going to a shelter with a very high probability (again through no fault of the dog) of not making it out of the shelter. Please do not make it any easier for these [censored] scammers who claim to sell you a puppy and instead take your money and your emotions and leave you with nothing in return. Good luck to anyone searching for a puppy and do your homework. I will post a picture of the drivers license later on today. The address on it is a PO box in Glendale California. That was another thing that raised my concern about this so called BREEDER!
