The experience happened to my 28 year old daughter on November 29, 2022 at a kiosk in the Olympia Mall. I did not discover the transaction until on visited my daughter in March. I live in New York. My daughter is on the autism spectrum and has anxiety issue in which she takes medication. She was dropped off at the mall following a Dungeons and Dragons game and waiting for her husband to pick her up when he got off work. (Also on the spectrum) She walked to her favorite store, Torrid, and must have been approached from the sales person at the kiosk. She convinced Catherine to purchase a facial peel at a Black Friday discount The sales price being $120. This I can except but there was an additional charge for a facial mask for $1200! My daughter has obvious anxiety issue so I am reporting the unethical practices of Royal B. Catherine also works part time at Walmart and would have to work a month to pay that bill. The kiosk was still there when I visited and they said it was sold at a big discount and there was nothing they could do because of the length of time since she purchased their product. They are crooks preying on the ignorant and vulnerable.
