I have been dealing with the joke called the "Rove Team" since July 2020. I received my porter sectional couch in June 2020 and the first weekend I had it, my dog sitter got some unknown substance on it. I thought "Thank GOD! I purchased the warranty from Mulberry which stated IF anything should go wrong they will replace it." I called and they had no suggestions as to how to remove the stain. This would have been a great time to tell me the couch is a slip covered couch but they did not. They don't even advertise their couches as being slip covered... Then within 2 weeks the fabric began to pill. I have been emailing and calling both Rove and Mulberry since July 2020 and about in March 2021, 2 slip covers arrived. Of course they sent 1 for the part of the couch with the chaise that had no damage. The other slip cover had the arm on the left when it needed to be on the right. There are no zippers on these slip covers and I have NO IDEA how they get these things on. As of today I still have no resolution. I have sent multiple photos with drawings on them of the exact pieces I needed replaced. Circled in red or black with notes and they still cant get their act together. Safe yourself the nightmare. Do not buy anything from Rove Concepts. They are a horrible shady company who only cares about getting your money and nothing else.
