RossToy is scam!!!!!

they scammed me, they didn't give me the game and didn't even respond to requests to cancel the game and more, don't buy there, they won't give you anything for your money and no support person will respond.

Bought a stuff/packs yesterday, but changed my mind because I found them somewhere else. I asked for a refund, and they said no, so I am going to dispute it. They are scammers.

SCAM STORE, do not buy from here!

Purchased a digital game for my daughter for the sims 3. I was informed after paying that the game would not work while online but was not informed as to why. Needless to say, I requested a refund because I received an email stating that if for any reason I was not happy that the order could be cancelled and payment refunded. Business refuses to give refund and was extremely rude. There's other complains against this business for credit card fraud. Stay away from them.

RussToy has a web site but is not a legitimate business. They used my personal credit card to make a $4900 purchase product from a legitimate company named Network Equipment shipped to their location in City of Industry. A police report has been filed. Names used by this company are Joe Foster & J. Lu. They appear to be Chinese scammers. They have locations in San Diego, San Francisco, and City of Industry.
