I had the same experience with this on-line purchase at Rossaluna. The item did not arrive as of the moment. I purchased it June 17, 2021 but until now NOTHING. I kept on sending email to follow-up my purchase but they are just giving false hopes until last time they no longer responded. So I concluded that I was scammed. I just do hope that this modus will be caught.

I tried to purchase a product from this company and it did not come. I reached out to the company and they sent me a long email about how the people in their warehouse are human and they simply made a mistake. I asked the company to re-ship my item. They said they did, but again, it did not come. According to the shipping tracker the package stopped in Vancouver and did not proceed to Ontario.

I asked the company for a refund and they refused. I reached out to my bank to dispute the charges. When I did that I received another email that was exactly the same from management. They simply copied and pasted the same text about their staff being human and tried to convince me to cancel the chargeback.

The company tries to use Covid to justify the shipping times. They try to make you empathize by talking about the simple mistakes that their staff are making. The product will never come. They want you to keep agreeing to “ship” the item until the 120 window for disputing the charge is done, and you can no longer do anything about the money that you lost.
