His name is Ross Marsh and he uses two different phone numbers to contact me. He texted me the following: "I'm a military man with lots of respect, loyalty and dignity okay and will never do anything to tarnish the image of the US Arm Forces or the people of America okay it's gonna be a shame doing that it's really sad thinking so low of me well this is it I have been deployed severally to different Continents and Countries on peace keep mission which we got attacked in Kabul by those deadly terror groups it was a very dangerous situation that got lots of lives in the neighborhood destroyed and we managed to survive I and my special team on that mission though lost a lot of personal information and items including gadgets too there I lost all and ever since they keep using informations we lost like my personal gadgets and private information to get to the internet pose like it was us and get on the US military force and thats why you have all that you seeing there okay that's there means get what they get from the people out there to get more of their weapons and ammunition to fight the US Arm Forces okay so it's not me doing all that and that's why I dont do social media thing okay had to stay away just to protect my self okay guess my past trying to save the people of America and the world is now hunting me what a world I feel so sad about this right now." The following are the phone numbers he uses: +1 (928) 374-40** and +1 (928) 297-77**.

This last time he texted asked for money to get him off the list of some kind of mission. I did not provide him with any.
