I bought a Bose sound system from Ross Brown II on the Facebook marketplace.. He said the Bose was in great shape and I explained it was for an elderly person. I applied for the Facebook pay and thought that I was using the Facebook pay at the time of the purchase, which I find out later I was not. Anyway he said when he received the money he was going to send it out and give me a tracking number. I waited an hour or so and messaged him about giving me the tracking number. He did not respond and went off Facebook for months. I tried to go through my bank and they couldn't do anything. Facebook couldn't do anything. I did put a message out to my Facebook friends to be aware of him.. Then just recently he appeared on Facebook. I did message him but the message failed. I did try a couple of times but each time it failed. He has my name and address.. So here I am reporting him. I'm having a problem sending pictures of the conversation I had with Ross but I can send through message I just need a phone number..
