The email looked suspicious, so I called the number and it was a male with an Indian accent. He told me to go to ultraviewer.net and download something to get access to my computer so that he can "remove" the norton 360. I was using a chromebook so the file wouldn't work anyway. When I told him, he hung up and wouldn't pick up when I tried calling back.
