This advertisement for skin tag removal appears on Facebook with guarantee to work or money back. However after ordering the product in August 8, 2020 and still have not received anything from them even 6 months later. today date is March 24, 2021. When contacting company regarding my order they still express that due to Covid-19 product may be delayed, yet I can receive products from China and Japan, half-way around the world, and nothing from a county that is just north of us. sad. Facebook should also be culpable since they are the one letting companies like this advertise on their website and then directing them to my page. Recommend you avoid these false claims and this company at all cost. you want receive any product and I'm sure you want receive a refund either. I have had not response to any of my 20 inquiries to the company. their invalid email is [email protected]

I purchased their product from their website, after spotting their ad on Instagram, but my product never came. I reached out to the customer support and they keep telling me that it has been delivered and I should contact my local post office.

After several complaints, someone named Rosey sent me the response below...apparently I am not the first person to fall for this fraudulent practice..

"Unfortunately, we are unable to assist any further in this matter and recommend that you get in touch with your local postal service to help you locate the item or provide an alternative resolution that is suitable.

Please view the following excerpt from our website Terms of Service page;

“SECTION 20 - RISK OF LOSS

The items purchased through the Site are shipped by a third party carrier pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Additional fees, although rare, including but not limited to any customs clearance fees incurred will also fall on the burden of the customer.”
