Rosestein Financial Services claims to be able to loan bad ceding lenders with the securities of either having a co-signer ( which if you did have you would go most likely with a bank) or to pay the first 2 payments of your loan up front and they will send you the money after. They have a contract that looks real. It's based out of California but further looking into this company I called the property manger of that building and they don't have an office there, furthermore there fax number goes to a different location in California then what there head office address states. The company CEO's name seems weirdly the same as a financial advisor in the building across from there "head office" address they provide. The only number to reach them Is a toll free number, on their website there is no number. Something is off about this company.
