She is promoting her product on TikTok for purchase. I made the purchase back on 6/31/23 and was informed it would take 14 business days to process the transaction. I wanted and received nothing and emailed her twice to get a refund for the money. She has ignored my messages to return funds for product I did not receive. She is still on Social Media scamming others of their money and a lot of people are complaining about this person scamming.

I have ordered product from the company on 12/10/22 and have not received it yet. I have tried reaching out to the owner on Instagram, TikTok, email, and the phone number that she has provided on her TikTok page. While watching her live, anyone who complains of not receiving their product, she blocks them claiming they’re lying. I told her that I would like my order, she said that “ it’s going to take a while to receive by mail because she’s in California and I’m in Nevada.” I am not the only victim, she refuses to respond to any of my attempts to resolve the issue.
