I never received the clothes I paid for from this company. The protocol for lost packages from FEDEX is the sender must file a claim with the tracking # provided. The company is not filing a claim and 39 emails later, they just keep sending me the same form letter in response.

March 9 Paid $104.85 to SR Fashion for clothes

March 31st Tried to cancel order because I moved. Still no clothes.

March 31st SR Fashion refunds $22.54 for the clothes not sent yet.

June 26th SR Fashions is not cooperating with finding the package I never got.

June 27 Asking Wells Fargo to help me get my remaining refund from this company.
