Clothing images on the website were misrepresented as being of good quality material. What I received was cheap in quality of materials and construction and not as appeared in the website images. I did not receive a proper order confirmation or contact information. The website link to submit a return request was broken. Chat communication promised a return authorization by email that never appeared in inbox or spam. The deadline return passed. After two lengthy chat discussions, like pulling teeth, they finally agreed to extend the return deadline--then, as an afterthought they offered 30%, then 55% then 65% percent refund with no return. The last offer I took, just to end the pain. I can say that the chat representative was very patient. As it stands, because of the prior lack of response, I am not entirely confident I will receive the refund.
