Advertised poorly made clothing -after receipt of the items there was no way to return the items-there was no customer support-the website doesn’t work. I was able to finally have a live chat with someone -told me they would be sending me return tags within 24 hours of my complaint-never happened.

The images on their website are of 100% linen products. The item aI recieved are all polyester. They advertise all over claiming that their products are 100% Cotton Linen, when in fact they are nothing like the images presented. The bag that I purchased was nothing like what was pictured ether- It advertised a tote bag and i was sent a bag with holes at the top- not what was advertised. I have attempted to get a return shipping label, as well as a refund, but the company said they would not pay for the shipping back which is $89.00.

My order was only $134.00 however, I feel that this business should be accountable for their false advertising and fraudulent statements on their site.

Please DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. I bought over $100 worth of clothing that I really cannot classify as clothing, Nothing fits, their clothing is cheaply made. I tried contacting them, got one email back stating they would like me to take 15% of the total. I told them that would not work, I would take 100% and I will gladly send them the items I purchased back. Have not heard from them since. I have no return address nor a phone number to call them. I tried emailing them many times with no response. I believe this company to be a total fraud.

Purchased 131.00 of online clothing from Roselinlin and found out it does not exist. Never received my order. They don't have a phone# or an address. I lost my money.

Ordered 4 items of clothing on 5/25/20 and paid with a credit card $60.16. I have never received the items. I tried to contact ROSELINLIN (the only way to contact them is email) and the reply was that the items have been shipped. I believe this is a SCAM and I will never see my clothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BOGUS COMPANY!

I ordered several clothing items from www.roselinlin in the amount of $68.96 which was charged to my credit card number on May 7, 2020. I have sent numerous emails to them and have always received the same email answer- the items are on there way via a shipment from routed to San Francisco. Now it is June15th and I have yet to receive my order. I am beginning to believe I will never receive my order as this process is that the amount only impacts your account (bank, charge card, etc.) when the items are definitely on their way or have already been delivered. If I do receive my order that would be awesome I am not very optimistic at this time. I will NEVER order again.

Also probably a week or so after I received a call from my CU credit card fraud division as to activity on my card that I had not initiated. The next day I received another call from my other CU credit card...same thing. Had to cancel both cards and have new ones issued. Don't think it was a coincidence. How do I go about getting something done about this, money back, find out how Google still allows this company to advertise, I see it today both on computer and mobile device? What do I need to do? I have a few more emails from them too!

I purchased items on this site, and never recived any items, my item confirm number cant be found nor is there any phone numbers to contact them online.

This online co. (also known as Rosegal) is a total scam. They show photos of beautiful clothes for a reasonable price, then send shoddy, cheap, weirdly-sized junk that fits no one. When you request a refund, they won't give you a return address at first, just offer 15% if you keep the junk. After 4 or 5 emails they go to 25%. When they finally send you a return address, the shipping cost to China is twice the price of the item. There have been hundreds of complaints about this co. on at least 5 internet websites, including one dedicated to it, as well as on the Paypal dispute area (Paypal refuses to resolve any disputes and continues to do business with them). Can someone PLEASE put this disgusting scam co. out of business?!

I placed an order from roselinlin.com on 6/15/2019. Part of the order was backordered and two other packages arrived 7/3/2019. I was out of town when they arrived but I opened them 7/23/2019, the earliest I possibly could have opened them. I had ordered several women's plus-size pieces of clothing. I had checked the actual measurements as provided by the website to make sure I was ordering the correct size. When I opened the packages and held up the clothing, it was clear that 1) the products were not made of the materials that had been advertised and 2) the sizes were drastically smaller than labeled and advertised. For instance, a tank top style blouse labeled 4X barely fits my daughter who wears a size 8/10 or M/L top. I contacted the company immediately after reading at their website about how to initiate a return. ON 7/23/2019 I emailed them, as directed, and was told that it was it was after their 15 day return period so they would not be allowing me to make a return. Even though the packages arrived after I'd left the country for weeks, I expected that they would allow a return in this case because their products were not as advertised. It wasn't as if I simply did not like the colors or something. I can't wear anything that I ordered because they lied about the sizing. We have had 13 email back-and-forths in which I explain why they should allow me to return these items and they say no. Today, they actually wrote: "The answer is still the same: No." This is unacceptable business practice and they should not be allowed to advertise and sell their products in the USA.
