Thieves and scammers. My order was placed March 3rd. After several emails regarding the status of my order (which I now know was never going to be fulfilled) I have demanded a return of my money within 2 business days. I told them I will not pay return or restocking fees. I also told them not to prepare a fake shipping label as they had already admitted that the items were not yet processed. I will be shocked beyond belief if I receive a refund. I will send my opinion of their illegal practices to every publication and social media outlet. This company needs to be shut down.

Terrible company. After multiple emails, asking for a delivery date I requested that they cancel my order. They asked me to wait longer. I replied no I want a refund. Next day they made a shipping label and said that it’s too late to refund as the shipping process has begin. Waited over another week for the item to leave their facility. When the dresses were received, one dress did not have lining in the bodice even though the description said it was lined. The other dress was made of this weird shiny material when the pictures make it look almost stone washed. I’ve been trying to get a refund. They wanted me to send pictures to prove my statements?!? So weird.

Oh and, they have stopped allowing comments on their fb posts to be public and all reviews on their website are not posted immediately. They are reviewed by the company first...which is why there are only positive reviews there.

I ordered $76.50 of items on this site on 2/26/20. They have never shipped. I emailed them twice as that is the only way to contact them and I never heard back. I saw on facebook that other people have ordered and never received anything.

This is an online boutique that I told my bridesmaids to order their dress from. I did not order anything from their site but my bridesmaids did and when I reached out over email to ask a question about how many of the dress they had in stock I received what appeared to be a very suspicious automated email that was not at all related to the the question I asked. This is the email:

Your parcel has been shipped out, the tracking number will come out soon. Please don't worry and have a nice day.

I did not even order anything from their site so clearly this was not an actual person responding to my email in which

I had only asked a question about how many of a dress they had left in stock. There is no phone number or other contact info.
