When the package arrived it contained two mini, camouflage folding stands. They are too small to sit on, nor are they sturdy enough to use as a table. They serve no purpose.
I emailed the seller at the above address and notified them of their error along with photos of what they sent me.
I was advised they would look into and get back to me. After a week went by I sent a follow up email. They then responded that I could keep the product and they would give me a 20% refund.
I emailed back that was unacceptable as I either wanted the product I ordered or a full refund and I don’t want the product they sent me.
I was then told to ship the product back as they wouldn’t refund the money until I did and that it would take a month for a refund. However, the product was shipped to me from overseas.
I responded that I would return the product after they send me a postage paid mailing label.
This was their response:

Hello, our address is: Jimai Town, dari County, Guoluo Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province dari highway section, dari County, Guoluo Prefecture, Qinghai Province addressee: lin ning. After you deliver the goods, give us the logistics number, we will contact you as soon as we receive the package!
This doesn’t make any sense to me. All they did is provide some kind of address and no paid postage! So I’m at a loss on what to do now. I’m also unclear of what the first part of this email means when it says “a shipment is on the way.” For now, I’ll wait a week to see if something arrives before I email them yet again.
