I saw a Facebook Add, found the website through Google and ordered a Mother's Day gift on April 23rd 2023 from RoseFeels.com. It's now Father's Day June 18th 2023 and I still don't have the gift OR at the very least a tracking number to watch for the shipment. I understand if production was behind for the Mother's Day rush but not one update (unless I asked for it)? Not even the standard shipping label initial update email? If something is wrong with an order, it's standard operating procedure for any retail company to keep the expectant customer in constant communication: continuous updates as they happen until the expected item is fully delivered. This has not occurred. Just a bunch of apologies and promises/updates undelivered. I am beyond upset by their lack of urgency, incompetency, and still waiting for this gift for my mother. I still really want the gift because it would mean the world to my mom. All they said is they need another week or they can issue a full refund. I plan on leaving this exact review on any platform that will let me. If you see their products or advertisements, RUN the other direction. You are in for a headache.
