Same experience as the others. I ordered a dress and they sent one in a different shape and color, saying it is the same even after seeing the pic of what I was sent. They say I have to return it to China to get a refund. They gave me a fake return address and said the value has to be listed as $5.00. They require you ship it back to China at your own expense. And, they require that it only be shipped via USPS (no other shipper). USPS is not able to identify the address given (nor can it be found anywhere else online). When I searched for this address on Google, all I found were other scam reports. Their return instructions are as follows: "More info, please click here to check our return policy. 1. Pack all the returned items, along with your RMA number printed on the package. 2. Go to local post office to return the package. Packages returned by DHL or UPS or FEDEX or any other carrier will be refused. We recommend the value amount to be no more than 5USD for each dress to avoid the delay in the customs clearance. In case there is tax, the tax amount will be deducted from the refund. Kindly note the shipping cost will be covered by the customers and the shipping cost isn’t reimbursed. Return address: Receiver: Jia Qing Qiu Phone: 13533390212(Phone number is necessary for delivery.) Thanks for your kind feedback. The dress is produced the same as the photo so we could not apply for a refund or reimburse for your purchase. However, we will refund you if you return the dress.

To ensure a return, your item is required to be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with a tag and in the original packaging bag. More info, please click here to check our return policy.

1. Pack all the returned items, along with your RMA number printed on the package.

2. Go to local post office to return the package. Packages returned by DHL or UPS or FEDEX or any other carrier will be refused. We recommend the value amount to be no more than 5USD for each dress to avoid the delay in the customs clearance. In case there is tax, the tax amount will be deducted from the refund. Ordered a product and didn’t get any information for shipping so called and they tried to get me to download a program on my computer to get money back

Have you download it? I entered the wrong email address for my first order, so I can't receive any notifications. But the customer service told me everything I want to know it's personally and professional. I think they are nice but I am not sure if they are scam. It looks like a legit company in my view.
