Bad Credit Secured Loan Scam
Anthony Crane reached out to me via email saying he would like to discuss a loan i was approved for. The funds are ready to be deposited and was supposed to be a secured loan which apparently meeds collateral, or my 2nd option - 10% deposit which was $500. Sent me a contract and then said I'd make my deposit by using SHAKEPAY.
His reasoning was so they could verify my identiy and ensure it was my account and blah blah. I voiced my concern once bitcoin was brought up and he said shakepay is backed my the government or whatever.
I reached as far as having to add funds to the shakepay account and decided to do some additional research...typed in the number attached to the supposed company and it lead me here. Enough said. I canceled my etransfer to the shakepay account and now just egging them on for trying to take advantage of me.
TAKE HEED. NO ONE'S OFF LIMITS FROM THESE VULTURES.
