NEVER RECEIVED BATHING SUIT!! CONTACTED THEM.3 TIMES... NO RESPONSE..... KEPT TRYING FINALLY GOT A RESPONSE THAT SAID THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO AFTER A 3 MONTHS.. I HAVE ALL MY EMAIL ATTEMPTS BUT THEY ALL OF A SUDDEN GET IT ONCE IT'S TOO LATE... DON'T ORDER FROM THEM

I ordered a swimsuit on this website on May 7, 2017 and it never arrived. When I e-mailed them about this they said they could not refund my money because the 3 month period is over. The problem is that I was not able to let them know within the 3 month period because the shipping said it could take 3 months to get to my house. Thank you.

Ordered on 2/14/2017 today is 03/17/2017 they never sent my order. Please stay away. I've ordered before this time they scammed me.

You place an order pay with your credit card, and never receive goods. They are ripping people off, I'm out of 60 dollars. And they are still open for business.

THEY OFFER ITEMS FOR LOW PRICE'S AND THEY HAVE A ITEM ONLINE NOW ITS A HODDIE AND THEY CLAIM IT IS A HOT BUY AND IN STOCK FOR 5.96 AND THEN WHEN YOU BUY IT LIKE I DID 2 MONTHS AGO AND WHEN YOU CONTACT THEM THEY SAY ITS BEING SHIPPED AND NOW ITS 2017 AND NOW FIND OUT AFTER I PAID FOR IT AND THEY CLAIM ITS A HOT ITEM AND OUT OF STOCK SINCE OCT.2016 BUT THE AD SAYS THEY HAVE IT IN STOCK AND WOULD TAKE UP TO 4 WEEKS TO GET IT AND NOW NOTHING CALLED TODAY ON LINE AND NOW THEY SAY ITS OUT OF STCK AND THEY CAN GIVE ME A CREDIT TO BUY OTHER ITEMS NOT A REFUND. BUT FOUND OUT THAT WHEN YOU DO BUY IT FOR ONE PRICE AND THEN IN 2 TO 3 DAYS LATER THEY TACK ON ANOTHER CHARGE . I THINK THIS SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF THE INTERENT BEFORE OTHER PEOPLE GET SUCKERED INTO THIS LIKE I DID.

I ordered merchandise from the company and have not received it. The phone number given only goes to voicemail. No representatives. They (someone) responds by email a day or two later for you to email them back. I spent 168.00 dollars. No one returns calls.

I ordered a dress, it's not the same as the picture they claim it to be. I tried to review the dress, but it will only accept good reviews. If they only accept good reviews, how can people be warned about what you are ordering.

Id like to report the company Rosewholesale they have a fb page and everyone on there says they scam people. i also have been scamed by them. you ordered something and the whole time your order says processing. you aren't given a tracking number, the customer service number they give you does not work, you can't email them because their email is invalid. and they have a "submit a help ticket" where they contact you back within one business day and resolve your issue, but that doesn't even work. and thier live chat also leads to a blank page. so no way to get ahold of them, and you never recieve what you order.

I wasnt sure how to submit them or make a complaint.

They are based out of china (Beijhing) and the numbers they give you are in the us. one is from New york and the other is from california

They wont comment back message back to any of their customers or address their complaints. and they delete a lot of the negative comments posted
