THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

I purchased the IPL handset from this company because the reviews seem good this was not a cheap handset it was $130 a little more with tax they sent me an email confirming and thanking me for my purchase then a few days later I received an email telling me to send a copy of my ID and a copy of my debit card to prove that it was really me that was trying to purchase this item I've never ever had any online company try to do this and I've been online shopping for a long time. I've emailed them over and over again with no response whatever you do do not purchase from this company . They are scam artist who make a few legit sales to make their company look legit. I haven't bought anything that cost this much in a longgggggggg time so I'm so mad that I gave out 130 for nothing. Do not purchase from this company and do send them copies of your ID or credit or debit card numbers obviously

RoseSkinCo.They have this site that seems legit, several good reviews, advertisements in social media. I thought I was purchasing this “IPL Laser Hair Removal Handset” from Canada then I noticed that the product was never shipped, instead of receiving updates about shipping and delivery I was receiving emails telling me to add products to my order. I emailed them, I said I didn’t want to add anything else but wanted to know about the shipping so they sent me a fake tracking number. I emailed them about it, it wasn’t even a label created, it’s just an nonexistent tracking number which never updates. This tracking says it’s from California but in the email this same lady says their office is in Canada but they have warehouses all over the world. There’s no phone number on their site or emails. Later I found reviews on Trust Pilot people saying they never received their order. Please help me. Thank you in advance.
