Puppy was $750 ($650 for the puppy and $150 for the delivery fee). She said she was sending the puppy through plane from Utah. Once the puppy got to the airport, the agency said the puppy needed insurance which was $950, and this was going to be refunded once we received the puppy. Then when the insurance was paid for, they let me know the puppy needed a special crate in order to get on the plane, the price for the crate would also be refunded when I receive the puppy. They gave me 3 options on what crate to get, I chose the cheapest option $1,050. After I paid this, they said I chose the wrong one, the correct one was $2,000. After arguing with the breeder and agency, they agreed for me to just pay an additional $500 instead of $1,000 for the correct crate. After I paid it, they said the puppy was exposed to another puppy with the corona virus and they said I had to pay for a vaccine which was $750.00. That is when I stopped and bombarded them with calls, emails, text demanding all my money back because it was obvious there wasn't a puppy waiting to meet my family :( The payments were done through zelle and the bank won't return my money. I now lost $3,250 and couldn't be more heart broken.

Contact the bank and see if they can help you stop the payment. Contact the fraud department. I am so sorry to hear this. Hope you can get your money back!
