Rose Ave. Boutique advertises through social media and since placing an order that I never received I learned the boutique is a scam. Almost immediately after purchase the consumer is sent UPS tracking but the tracking is never scanned - the owner, at first is responsive saying the PO must be delayed, then that the package was stolen by USPS and then will either stop responding or harass the consumer when requesting a refund. It is a scam.
