I ordered an outfit from Rose & Eve in February 2021 and still have not received it! This place is a scam!

Do not purchase from Rose & Eve! They are a scam! I bought it from an Instagram ad thinking it was legit! But it was not! I am not sure how to get my money back it is super frustrating. I bought a matching sweats outfit for $64.99. The company said it ships out of Australia and UK.

Rose and Eve advertises on Facebook. They use stock pictures to get you interested but after getting scammed I found out that multiple fake companies are using the same pictures. This company takes your payment (and they use Google Pay to make themselves seem legit) and doesn't ship anything out. They offer full refunds within 30 days but when I requested a refund a few days after ordering (before the request had been processed) they gave me the run around. They are now claiming they can't give me a refund because the item has shipped but of course the tracking number doesn't work. I've opened a dispute with my credit card company and reported them to Google Pay, Facebook, and the Australian ACCC. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!!
