This device did not work for me. I contacted RosaCare within the "free return" time frame. They extended my free return time for 4 months to use it longer. I still did not see results, so I contacted them. They said I had to return at my own expense, and needed to send it back certified. Once I could send them a picture of the return receipt, they would refund. I have done that 3 times now. I no longer get a response from them, and they have not refunded. They now have their device back, and my money.

If it is too good to be true, it is too good to be true. Do not be tempted to purchase a RosaCare IPL hair removal device. They charge you $179 immediately and do not supply a tracking number. Do not bother tracking your shipment via the order number — more than likely you will get a confirmation the order was delivered. In my case, it was delivered to India in February 2022 (four months prior to actual order). Do not bother asking for a refund. They will ignore you and ship a piece of junk anyway. Do not bother reading the warranty card, as it is the biggest joke ever. I suppose scammers to not care about verbiage. I immediately trashed the unit and considered it a lesson learned.

I sent an email to cancelation my order as I saw it was shipped from China, not thw address outlined on the website. I was told they can't cancel as it's already shipped. Then I decided to give it a try after receiving it and surprise... The box is empty. I'm now thinking about flag it as scam and adk the bank cancel the transaction and i am willing to accept the effect on my credit record as they do not deserve to have my money.

I actually got my product but only worked a few time then stopped. Hopefully I can find someway to get my money back.

i purchased an at home laser hair removal device for $179 and i have not received product and i cannot get in touch with business. i then googled it again and someone else had been scaled by them also

This website is scamming people by pretending to be another website with a similar name. Their product never works and I never get my money back. Rosacare.co is fake! there is no phone number or adress on their website and the email adress on their website does not work. They sent me an address to ship the product back but the address was fake too and there is no way of returning the item and getting a refund

This website is scamming people by pretending to be another website with a similar name. And they even have a fake website recommending the fake product at beautylifetoday.com. The real website is rose care and this fake company is Rosacare.co I never received confirmation email or product only auto generated reply to there email asking the same thing over and over.
