I searched for "reception dresses cheap" on Google. The website www.rosabazaar.com popped up. I clicked in, searched their vast inventory. I found 5 dresses that I liked and I checked out. I put in my credit card information - I received an order confirmation number along with a tracking number. I have been tracking my package, and have been perturbed by its timeline - so I have contacted the customer service number. They give me the run around that my package is on the way. I then get an update that my package has been delivered - and when I click into the details the tracking shows it was delivered somewhere in Boston, MA. My address is in Louisiana. I checked my order to confirm that I entered the correct information in, and it is definitely entered in correct. I have contacted customer service at [email protected] to let them know about this delivery discrepancy/ misinformation and they have gone radio silent. I have even called the carrier number provided, but it is a Chinese phone number. I am out $124 and this company needs to be shut down! My Order # was ******** and the tracking number is 3A5V*********. Its fake! They steal!
