I got charged the $7.99 fee then without notice or approval they sent me a second receipt for a charge of $ 197 dollars
No way to communicate with anybody
No way to delete the profile
Bad experience

This site collects people profiles and those who want to advertise their room and look for roommate. There is no way one can delete their add or profile. Take money for subscription and there is no communication with anyone or their site admin/support
