I purchased a product from https://roomandcloset.com/. The product was set for "in-store pick up" at their warehouse in Laguna Hills, CA. About 9 days after I purchased the product, I realized I never received a confirmation that I could come pick it up. I called them directly and they said it would be ready in 1 day. Never heard back so called again a few days later. They said to come Monday (which was a few days away). On Saturday (10-12 days after initial order), someone texted me that the product arrived damaged and they could not get a replacement. I requested a full refund. I did not receive it so I called back a few days later, again- no refund. Each time I called, someone just answer "Hello?" and doesn't say they are with a company. They say they will alert a manager and it never happens. I called a total of 5 times requesting a refund. Finally, I called and asked for the manager which they gave me their cell number. I called him and explained the situation, and told him I am starting to think this is a Fraud. He immediately got VERY defensive and said "Listen honey, we dont want your money anyway. You are no longer our customer" and went On and On.

It appears to me that they are a fraudulent company that advertises any online/Wayfair product. They then try to source the product from another place and don't get it, and keep your money. I see they are not an accredited business and they should be considered a SCAM.
