This person was walking the neighborhood, door to door, offering a "free" roof inspection. He told my elderly mother that she had terrible roof damage without ever being allowed on the roof or in the yard. We have inspected the roof previously and found no damage, nor has the area had any large hail events this season. I feel he was just trying to scare my mother into allowing him to get up on the roof and tell her she needed repairs, which she does not need. He has a professionally produced flyer and business card. It all looks legit, but I know the roof has no damage. So beware of this company.
