Needing a new roof and no insurance and that she was offered 40-50k for a new roof. This individual Andre offered his service and started construction on my
Mothers roof on march 21,2023 as of 9/30/23 he has not completed and changed his number. My mom paid him cash installments and ended up paying him the whole 24,000 before the job was complete because he kept asking for more material. This gentleman did not pull permits or is even a licensed general contractor. I have called the police and they advise me to report to BBB.
