Last October, I ordered $600 of blown glass from Ronnie Phillips. I live in Nashville, TN and I knew Ronnie personally when he lived here years ago. After months of not hearing from him, I sent several emails to his email address listed on his website. He finally responded and said something was wrong with his email account and that he would send the shipment soon. Months went by and still nothing. I remembered I had his personal cell phone number in my phone, so I texted him. He gave excuses and excuses about why he hasn't shipped my order..."I'm depressed, I have another job at the moment, etc.". He finally said that he shipped them along with some other pieces to make up for everything. Months went by and still nothing. He then finally replied to my several text messages and said that FedEx has lost the package. Weeks went by and he finally said that FedEx had found the package and he would send me tracking information immediately. After he didn't respond, I sent him several texts asking where everything was and there has been no response ever since. I threatened legal action and there was still no response.
