Was hired to basically "wash packages" unknowingly. They sent me packages via UPS and FedEx. I would make sure all contents in packages and no damages. I would then repackage them and rear off any of the original labels and print out new shipping labels and ship them out. Was promised $3420 at the end of a 30 day trial period. The check, they said, was mailed 11/25/2022 via USPS, only I never recieved my paycheck, they have since taken down there website, their employee portal, all the emails and phone numbers are no longer valid.

Email was sent to me saying they found me on career builder and liked my resume. We had a phone interview (a woman was the interviewer, sounded on the younger side) that seemed to go well since I got the job two days later. Had to send a w-9 form when I was hired, so they now have my ssn. The website called Roltak looks decent looking enough, there are reviews of the business on Trust Pilot. Had to make a login that didnt require that much personal information. Website is https://spark-crm.com/index.php?e=10000. Would login every day to see what work I had to do, which was opening up boxes and making sure things inside werent broken. I would take pictures of the contents, and then would get a different shipping label sent to me that I would have to print and affix onto the box. The shipping label was always prepaid .

On one occasion, an Amazon driver couldn't drop off the box to my house because I needed the last four digits of the person who bought the package's phone number. I showed the driver my website I use to see what boxes I get, we decided to call the woman who ordered together. She seemed quite confused, and then when I described what was in the box she told the Amazon driver to not deliver the box because her credit card had been stolen and they had bought the expensive item with it. It is possible that this entire operation is doing shady things with all the boxes coming in and out. In one month I only got 11 boxes. Sweater, industrial power tools (3x), laptops (2x), gps tracker, can't remember the other items.

The email correspondence has continued with the "payroll department" assuring me that the check will be coming into my mail box soon. Should have been here 5 days ago, was also supposed to find if I "passed" the training 5 days ago to see if I would become permanent. . Can no longer log into the website that I used to check on box orders as they say they are doing maintenance. First time I tried it said it would be done in 2 days, checked the next day and the date had been moved up one day, checked again today, and it got moved up yet another day.
