Paid for lawnmower they took money from account over a month ago and still haven't received. When I try tracking item on their website it says processing.

The site (rolingcart.com) was found via a Google Search for a product. This site offered a great price (red flag), and I made the purchase by using the PayPal Option. After the purchase, an acknowledgement was received stating that within 48 hours I should receive tracking information. After more than a week, I sent an email to the customer support email listed in the acknowledgement. After several more days with no response, I wrote to the email address listed on the website. It came back as "non-deliverable". I then called the number on the website, and it was non-functioning. Even though the site indicates they are in Pleasanton, CA, the listed phone number is in New York. This appears to be a total scam site.

Ordered on may 9 through paypal 78.00 no response no emails nothing i called no answer . Says its processing . But nothing. Dont no what to do or how to get refund.

Customer purchases product. Payment “secured” through PayPal. Payment is received through 3rd party, in China. You are given tracking number but no shipping details, except it being processed but customer never receives product.

I ordered backyard furniture for a decent price on sale. I used PayPal just encase and glad I did cause I wouldn't have gotten my money back! after order was confirmed it showed me a confirmation # on the screen to track it. Well it also said I would receive an confirmation email. I waited a few min and didn't receive an email. I had this gut feeling and boy was I right! I called the company ~~so called company and it was a cell number for a private person no answer... it asked me to leave a vm but several days later it didn't had that option anymore. I emailed support for help days later to see where my shipment was and all emails was redirected to me as an address does not exist ! I immediately reached out to PayPal and reported scam / fraud and they said I would receive my funds back.

Ordered products from website to never be shipped, still shows processing since Mar-29 -2022 with 10 business day to ship ,yet the items yet to finish processing but they took PayPal money on Mar-29

Went to purchase online from this company they were happy to take my money from a PayPal account immediately but I never recorder confirmation or tracking number from them and when tried to contact seller through telephone and email there is no response.

4/8/22 ordered chlorine on the above website and received a receipt stating it was from Hayden Country Club. The country club said they do not take credit card payments. The rolling cart will not answer their phone.

Order a product, never received a confirmation email, but I had my screenshot of the purchase. Status of the order never left the “processing” stage. Never any communication of status. After almost a month of waiting, I tried calling and emailing and both forms of contact were out of service but the site is still live taking people’s money. Now I’m filing a dispute with my bank. Total scam.

This website is a scam. I ordered 2 35kb clorine tablets thinking it was Leslie’s Pools but used the PayPal account. When I received the email confirmation from PayPal it was for a Kim Yugin at [email protected] instead of a company name. I immediately contacted PayPal and my bank to stop
Payment. I tried calling the company to cancel the order by the calls to “merchant” would disconnect with no option to leave a message. I emailed the addresses given to me and their [email protected] but came back undeliverable with no domain available. Which means there is no such email. Open a claim w PayPal and came back in my favor but had to cancel my bank card as they also open a fraud claim.
Why is this site even still up? And why does PayPal allow them to do business with them?
Hopefully I get credited my account but PayPal also sent them the entire amount but I get bad reviews from PayPal too.

Total scam. Can't believe it came up first on Google shopping. You order things and they don't arrive. You contact them and they don't respond. The charge rings up as from another company.

I ordered a pair of zero gravity chairs for $52.98. When I was completing my order, (after entering my payment info) the screen went to a Safari security alert page. I wasn't able to access the website anymore. Literally! No way to get any of my order information, none of the sellers contact info, nothing.
I immediately phoned my bank institutions to notify them of issue. Unfortunately, they had to wait till payment posted until I could file a claim which is ridiculous. Why not stop the payment right then and there? Would save victims a lot of stress.
Anyway...THE ROLINGCART SITE IS A SCAM. Wish I found this complaint site sooner.

I ordered 3 items from Rolingcart on April 14, 2022; & I received email receipts from three different places; which were Wylie's Day Foundation, Aloha United Way, and Prince Georges County Maryland Conference & Visitors Bureau. That caused me to believe that Rolingcart is a scam. I also emailed and called the number on Rolingcart site, but I have not received a response yet

Ordered $56.98, Leslie's-3inch Jumbo Chlorine Pool Tabs 35Lbs bucket thru web on 04-14-2022. My credit card statement shows different merchant name only Paypal description "Cakly Wilson" not the roling.com
Next day(04-15-2022) they tried charged $6,996.00 different merchant name(Chinese letter) thru my Paypal account.

Ordered a wagon from their website. The payment went through with-in 24 hours to a Brooklyn Cuny Edu, I never recieved an email confirmation of my order. I luckily have a screen shot of my order #. I tried calling the phone number listed it rings continuously with no answer. I inquired via email and got a "server rejection" back from gmail. I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my bank.

Ordered a pair of Bowflex adjustable dumbbells from them for 48.96 ( which, being such a low price for a Bowflex product should have been a red flag) . Since I didn't receive a confirmation email with an order number, I attempted repeatedly to contact them by phone or email, but to no avail.
