on feb 2/15/18 his name sam martin indian accent,said he worked for roku tech support. wanted to "logmein" to my comput. and to charged me 150 to activate Link my NEW roku streaming stickfrom walmart for my tv to my roku acct.I told him roku has never charged me for anything. i have been using roku for about 6 yrs and have loved it. i am so upset. i will call my credi card s to see if he hacked them. he did see all my roku acct info. i feel so violated.this man is shame his family. this is cruel and hateful to pose and cheat people and lie to innocent people.

i want to know what will be done about these people. how can roku prevent this. i had to close my roku acct today and was sad to do that.

I hope this complaint will prevent this from happening to any one else. thank you,donna
