When activating a Roku device, scammers claim that in order to activate your Roku Account you have to pay a one time fee of $69.00. They ask first for your activation code that came with your Roku, then they tell you it is no good and give you a new code. Then they take your credit card information. Once they have your credit card information they activate you account.
