Hope you are well. I was offered an interview from a company using the name of Roiviant Sciences. I followed along the directions because I wanted to find out how they received my information. They contacted me through text and what's app and then continued to interview. They sent me an offer letter (which I never signed knowing this was fraudulent) and then they sent me a check. I have ceased contact but wanted to know how they obtained my information and how I can destroy this check. I contacted the legitimate Roiviant Sciences company to let them know there is a scam using their business name. I will leave the offer letter they sent me in this email. Please let me know how to protect my identity and destroy this material. Thank you for your time and consideration.
