Received an email from an unknown account wherein it states that unless I pay $1,900 USD through Bitcoin they would release compromising images of myself whilst visiting adult porn sites. Allegedly they installed a malware on the site and operated a keylogger to gain access to webcam.

The email also included an old password which makes the extortion seem more legit. However, there is no evidence that they have any images and they are very clear about unwillingness to negotiate or show proof of evidence. They state that if you even respond to the email they will send the images to 10 contacts.
