Advertised as a LA based company selling quality jewelry . One of the items is “free”. When buying the shipping is extremely high , 15-20$ and states that you receive your product within 1-3 days or 3-5 days . When I added something to my cart and put in my credit card info, I did not click confirm order . Somehow I was still charged . When asked about the product, I did not get an email until the 2nd week saying they were “handling a lot of orders” and it would not be arriving till the 3rd week . When the package actually came after 4 weeks , it came in a cheap Chinese envelope that was marked as the China postal service . Turns out this company is based in China and posing as a US company . The reason why it is “free” is that customers can not refund the product and there is no refund for shipping . This is a scam company based in China . The product also advertised that it was 18k gold , it is actually just painted gold and there is no actual gold in the product . If you could please warn people or send an email to Instagram to avoid this vendor.

I ordered a product months ago, I got an order conformation saying I would get shipping updates within a week, I waited months and emailed several times trying to get to a conclusion. No contact from company, I just want other people not to waste their money on a companies products that will never be processed.
